Initial inspection and estimate of repair cost:
No charge.
Repair cost:
Labour is charged at £35 per hour. Parts incur a 5% handling fee up to a maximum of £10.
Shipping cost:
Where the customer wants the items returned via carrier this cost will be added to the repair cost.
Call out charge:
Charged at £95 for a 25 mile radius from the workshop and includes 90 minutes labour. Additional mileage charge beyond 25 miles is £1.00 per mile. Additional labour charge of £35 for each additional hour or part thereof.
Non Urgent collection:
No charge for South East Wales area.
Urgent Collection:
£35 for a 25 mile radius from the workshop . Additional mileage charge beyond 25 miles is £1.00 per mile.
